GRAND CENTRAL HOTEL POLICIES

  • Payment, in full, will be taken on the credit card used to make your reservation within 48 hours of the reservation being made. If you need to cancel your stay, a credit in the amount of your stay can be kept in our system for up to one year. This must be done 48 hours or more in advance of the reservation. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance of your reservation you will not be eligible for that credit.

    If your credit card is declined, we will make every attempt to contact you to correct this. If we do not hear back from you after our 3rd attempt, we will cancel your reservation for non payment.

  • We do remote check-ins, we will need to send you an email with check in information from gchotel1883@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance of your check in date. If you have booked through a 3rd party booking agent such as booking.com, priceline etc. Please call us at 479-244-7567 ext 1 to update your email address with us. Night before and or day of bookings will need to check in at the New Orleans hotel 63 Spring Street.

  • Your suite is not guaranteed ready until 4pm on the day of your arrival, Parking is available as early as Noon the day of your arrival. We do not have an elevator, suites are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors above the lobby.

  • Please check in by 8pm. After your check-in date should you need to leave earlier than planned, there are NO REFUNDS for any additional nights you have left.

  • Well behaved children are welcome.

  • Sorry, we do not accept pets. By law service animals (Must be with you at all times.) are allowed however.

  • Additional things you can be charged for:
    -Smoking inside the hotel or suites, if you do smoke there will be a $500 charge applied.
    -Using Bath Bombs in our Jacuzzi® jetted tubs. There will be a $50 charge applied if used.
    -Human or service dog excrement left in your suite a $250 Clean up fee will be applied
    -Stained linens and or towels there will be a $90 replacement fee applied.
    -Destruction or damage of furniture in your suite during your stay at the Grand Central Hotel. You will be charged the amount needed to replace the furniture piece(s) up to $1,500.00.
    -Excessive cleaning needed after you departyou can be charged up to $250.00.

  • Housekeeping requests
    If staying for more than one (1) night, please note that housekeeping does not provide daily cleanings for your privacy. However you can call our sister hotel at 479-253-8630 and we will assist you with a refresh between 10am and 3pm daily. Thank you

  • We can offer 1 ONE parking space per suite. Including suites 204 and 302. Once you have parked, please check in by calling the New Orleans Hotel at 479-253-8630. Please give the following; to whoever checks you in. At that time, you will be given the entrance code for the front door.
